Purchaser's to have choice of exterior colours from builder's standard samples. All elevations are under architectural control by 1419690 ONTARIO INC. No two like elevations or brick selections side by side.
- All windows to be vinyl with thermapane insulated glass, with a 25 year limited sealed glass warranty. All operating windows to have screens in habitable areas
- Exterior entrance doors to be insulated, metal-clad doors
- Exterior siding to be vinyl. Facia, soffit and eavestrough to be pre-finished metal, as per plan
- Roof to be 20 year self-sealing asphalt shingles
- Stucco, where applicable shall be a mesh on foam board system
- Arriscraft Stone where applicable

Drywall and Insulation
- All finished rooms are drywalled, taped, sanded, primed and painted

- Basement walls will be wrapped with Basement Blanket R12 insulation 2 feet below grade
- To minimize truss uplift, metal channels are screwed between ceiling drywall and trusses. See agent for further details.

- Exterior of house to have one coat primer, one coat finished paint on all wood trim and doors

Heating
- The furnace is a brand name high efficiency, forced air unit
- The gas hot water tank is a rental unit. Purchaser agrees to assume hot water tank rental agreements
