  • Exterior siding to be vinyl.  Facia, soffit and eavestrough to be pre-finished metal, as per plan.
  • Roof to be 20 year self-sealing asphalt shingles.

Drywall and Insulation

  • All finished rooms are drywalled, taped, sanded, primed and painted.
  • Walls will have R17 insulation and ceilings will have R32 insulation.

  • To minimize truss uplift, metal channels are screwed between ceiling drywall and trusses.
