Window colours and styles are pre-determined throughout the site and are under architectural control by Garth Trails Limited.
- The Garibaldi loft plan comes with 2 skylights. The Garibaldi vault & loft have a transom window over the patio doors. NEW

- Ceilings to be secured on metal channels between ceiling drywall and roof trusses.

If required, additional time can be purchased at $100.00 per hour for the first hour or part thereof, and $70.00 per hour for each additional hour of time in the same appointment.
- All walls to be painted with one (1) primer coat and two (2) finish coats of “ICI – Inspirations” flat acrylic low VOC paint. One (1) colour to be included throughout and is to be chosen from the standard pastel colours pallet (from the builder’s samples) (level 1). NEW
