It is rare that in our fast pace society that individuals feel
so compelled as to take the time out of their busy day to write
a letter of thanks and pleasure about the customer service they
have received. However, I felt obliged to write and tell you how
outstanding I feel the service that your site-super "Lino" has given
to my fiancé and I. We have found Lino to be helpful, accommodating,
patient, honest and extremely polite. The few issues that have arisen
during the construction of our new home at Scenic South were swiftly
taken care of when brought to his attention.
As this is our first home, there is obviously some excitement and
anxiety that goes along with making such a huge purchase. Your staff
has been helpful, professional and efficient with both of us at
all times. Lino and your staff have ensured our future business
and we will definitely refer Starward Homes to our family and friends.
You should feel proud to have people like Lino manning your front
lines. He should be commended, as he is an excellent depiction of
what Starward Homes stands for and the service that you provide.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and please pass
on our compliments to Lino and your staff. We have thoroughly enjoyed
each phase of this very big step in our lives.

Mr. Campbell, Mr. Szostak, and the Staff of Starward Homes:
This letter comes late but nonetheless sincere. My husband and I would like to thank all the people
involved in the purchase of our Starward Condo. We are extremely happy with our choice and without
the expertise of Jackie Frame and Mr. Szostak we would not have the handicapped accessible home
which was made to accomodate my husband with M.S. We moved in August 2005 and one week after moving in, my husband
became very ill. After 7 months in 3 different hospitals, he finally came home.
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful staff you have. Whenever I needed something taken care of, I filled
out my paperwork and my concern was addressed promptly. No problem seemed to small and I thank you for
making this part of my life go so smoothly.
My husband has been home for one month and we have enjoyed our home very much. The changes made to accomodate
him have been wonderful and made the transition from hospital to home that much easier. We have had many
visitors and everyone has been very impressed with our home which speaks volumes as to the design and
workmanship of our home.
Thank you again for helping me bring my husband home to a wonderful environment. Without this home and the modifications made,
he would still be in long term care. With the prospect of the clubhouse, we look forward to improving both
our lives.

We now have one month under our belt at Garth Trails and are very happy. We love our house and feel like we are on a vacation except I don't have to do so much unpacking on a holiday!!! Our fence has been erected and the deck was completed this week. It's wonderful to be outdoors again - a bit dusty, but that just means we have to quench our thirst! Stop by any time you are in the neighborhood, we would be pleased to see you.

You will remember that you attended a meeting at my home to discuss the colour of the railing
leading to the loft area in my "Brideford" home. You did agree that the choice of stain was not
an appropriate choice of colour to match both the hardwood floors and my furniture. Please accept
my sincere thank you and appreciation for agreeing to allow the change of stain. I am so pleased
with the changes - everything matches and it looks great.
I would be amiss if I did not mention that Peter (the painter) was most co-operative and a big
help in getting the perfect colour. Also, it was a pleasure to have him working in my home! I
gladly recommend Starward Homes and all of its staff and workmen to my friends.

The staff did everything possible to assist my ailing wife and I in the purchase and decorating.
They even came to her funeral and sent flowers. When they say “The Starward Family” it is not

First of all, we love our new home. Our entire experience with Starward has been first-rate.
But, in particular, this letter is about our kitchen.
When we moved in, our kitchen was not how we planned it to be - it was 2 feet smaller. When we
called customer service about it, we did not know what to expect - what happened was an immediate,
professional gracious response that it would be fixed to our satisfaction.
We now have the kitchen we dreamed about and this letter is simply to thank you. Everyone
in your company has dealt with us on a highly professional level. It has been a pleasure.

Needing a handicapped accessible home, Starward stepped up to the task of providing
us with the home of our dreams. If not for the efforts of Jackie Frame and her
experiences in our needs I don’t think this would have happened. Your Sales
Staff and Décor Staff are far above your average people. Also, the staff we
have dealt with (any questions or concerns) have been addressed very promptly

Darlene & Maureen to Cheryl and especially Lisa who spent a lot of time working
some configurations out for my kitchen and helped me finalize my choices.
I love the Décor Studio – shows several kitchens which really helps plan

Great neighbours, beautiful area, peaceful, and I feel like I wake up at a Holiday

to condo living after living in my last home for over 34 years (built by Abbotsford).
Unfortunately my wife passed away April 1990, so I may be able to make new friends in
